Due to the nature of our products, we do not currently offer a return policy, but we want to be sure our customers are happy.
If you have an issue with an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. We will respond quickly to help resolve your matter.
We currently ship in the United States and US Territories.
Purchases will be shipped via USPS using Flat Rate Boxes in order to keep shipping costs low. All of our packages carry insurance and if your item(s) are damaged a claim will have to be filed with the United States Postal Service. Once the claim has been filed, we will resend a replacement for the broken item. If you require the item faster than the standard USPS time frame, we will be happy to rush your order through another service for a fee.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Items such as bath bombs are made fresh to order and may require a few additional days to be sent out. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email once your order is processed.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
